Benjamin is a member of both the real estate and tax teams. He has experience in all aspects of corporate, tax and real estate matters, including more particularly real estate transactions, civil law, real estate tax, zoning and environment.

Listed as Rising Star and Key Lawyer in the last Legal 500 edition for real estate (band 1), his field of expertise includes advising on share and asset deals, in rem rights and real estate tax structuring, sale and lease back, real estate asset management and complex leasing transactions. Additionally, Benjamin teaches real estate law to bachelor students and pursues research in the field of real estate law. He has also obtained an advanced master in tax law, further exploring the tax aspects of real estate transactions.
