Benjamin specializes in legal advice on corporate transactions. His main focus is on national and international M&A transactions involving private equity investors. In addition to all aspects relevant to a transaction and ongoing advice to portfolio companies, his practice includes the fields of commercial and corporate law as well.
Benjamin is a regularly lecturer in the Post-graduate Course “Mergers & Acquisitions” for obtaining the LL.M. / EMBA at Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Münster (WWU).
Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Benjamin worked for highly regarded law firms in the area of M&A/Private Equity.
