Ben is an associate in the Firm’s Sanctions, International Trade, and Investment Compliance Group and International Environmental Law Group.

Ben advises clients on compliance, transactional, regulatory, and investigatory matters involving U.S. economic sanctions and export controls (including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Commerce), the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery / anti-corruption issues, and environmental risk. Ben’s pro bono work focuses on representing refugees and asylum-seekers in immigration proceedings.
