Barnabas Kiss specialises in Hungarian and EU competition law and general EU law. In addition to his expertise in various aspects of competition and antitrust law, he also has experience in consumer protection and civil and administrative litigation matters.
Before joining Allen & Overy, Barnabás worked for another international law firm in Budapest. He has a Master’s Degree in both economics and law, and he is pursuing PhD studies in EU law, while also giving lectures at the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest. He has authored a number of articles on EU and Hungarian competition law issues. He is a member of the LIDC Hungarian Competition Law Association.
