Barbara is a member of Allen & Overy Prague banking finance team.
Barbara participated on various transactions in area of domestic and cross-border debt finance including acquisition, real estate, project and general lending transactions across a variety of sectors. Barbara advises major financial institutions on lender's side as well as companies on borrower's side. She has also been involved in bond issues transactions. Barbara is ranked as a Rising Star for Banking and Finance by IFLR1000.
