Barbara advises on intellectual property (mainly trademarks), IT and data protection matters. Barbara notably focuses on the questions related to special categories of data, including health related data, biometric data and location data.
Complementary to the IP and IT practice, Barbara also advises on Luxembourg contractual law, cosmetic law and other general civil law related matters.
Barbara also advises clients on life-science related matters (medical device regulation, covid-19 issues etc.).
Barbara holds a Master 1 in International private law and Master II in International and European business law from University of Lorraine. She also holds a LL.M. degree specialised in Intellectual Property from the Queen Mary University of London.
She joined Allen & Overy in 2018.
