Baljit is a member of the Projects & Real Estate department of Allen & Overy Amsterdam and specialises in banking and finance law with a focus on project finance, real estate finance and secured lending transactions.

She has acted for both banks and borrowers and on domestic and cross-border deals. Baljit graduated from University of Amsterdam (VU) in Labour law and European and International Law. She joined Allen & Overy in 2016.
