Astrid is a member of the Executive Committee and has more than 25 years of experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions.
She focuses on private equity transactions and counts both international and German investors and sellers are among her clients. Astrid also frequently advises on distressed restructurings as well as in the implementation of tax structurings and corporate reorganizations.

The Riverside Company on a number of transactions such as the sale of its portfolio company REPA to PT Holdings, the sale of its stake in ACTINEO, the acquisition of a majority stake in Cryptomathic and in connection with the IPO of Bike24.

Bridgepoint on the acquisition of a majority stake in PTV Group, a leading global software company for traffic simulation and planning as well as provider of optimisation solutions for transport logistics, from Porsche SE.

SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company on its acquisition of SYNLAB’s Analytics and Services (“A&S”).

tado GmbH, a European market leader for intelligent indoor climate management, on themerger with GFJ ESG Acquisition I SE and the IPO via DE-SPAC, the first SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) listed in Germany.
