Arwien Oemrawsingh

Arwien specialises in corporate law and is a deputy civil law notary. He has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, general corporate advice and corporate restructurings. Arwien joined Allen & Overy in 2016 after studying at the University of Utrecht.
