Arthur has developed an expertise in environmental law and in regulations of various sectors, in particular energy and space. He is based in Paris.

He advises clients in the context of interactions with public authorities and has extensive experience in the field of administrative litigation before national and EU Courts as well as sectoral regulators. In the environmental field, Arthur has developed an expertise in climate litigation and advises clients regarding their sustainability and ESG strategies. He is active in the energy sector, in particular renewables and clean hydrogen.

Arthur assists clients in the context of complex M&A deals requiring a strong regulatory and environmental expertise. He is the expert on space policies for Institut Montaigne, a leading French think tank. 

He is ranked as a “Rising Star” in Legal 500’s Environmental law rankings, and features in the list of Top 10 Rising Stars from CAC 40 companies, co-published by Forbes and LJA in July 2022.
