Arlia is an associate in the Johannesburg office in the banking and finance team. Arlia has experience across a broad range of financing transactions, including general corporate lending (acting for borrowers and lenders), leverage and acquisition financing, real estate financing, and has also assisted on preference share funding, aircraft financing, and debt capital market transactions. Arlia joined the team from a large South African law firm in the past year.
