Arianna is an associate of A&O’s global Antitrust & Competition practice. She advises on all aspects of EU and Italian competition law. Arianna regularly advises on complex domestic and international projects and global merger control and has assisted clients in behavioral investigations by the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, including cases of cartel and abuse of dominance position.
Arianna is routinely involved in complex international merger filings, with a focus on EU as well middle eastern and African merger control. Arianna also routinely assists national and multinational companies on antitrust compliance, managing the development and implementation of effective antitrust compliance programs and often delivering training to our clients.
She also advises on FRS and Italian FDI matters and coordinates FDI filings at network level.
