Arash is a senior associate in Allen & Overy’s Middle East disputes practice with over 8 years’ experience in the region.

 

He has extensive experience advising and acting on complex and high-value international arbitration and commercial litigation proceedings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions, with particular focus on disputes relating to financial products and services. He has acted on arbitrations under international and local institutional rules (including the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and ADCCAC) and in DIFC and English court proceedings. He has represented several financial institutions, multinational clients and UAE and GCC state-owned entities. He also has rights of audience in the DIFC and English courts.
