Anton is the Managing partner of the Moscow office and Head of the Moscow Corporate practice. He has advised extensively on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, infrastructure and general commercial matters and on a number of high-profile corporate transactions including M&As, joint ventures and corporate restructurings in Russia and the CIS in a wide range of business sectors including TMT, oil and gas, financial institutions and manufacturing.

Anton is both Russian and New York law qualified. He is recognised as a leading Corporate and M&A lawyer by IFLR1000, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe. The current edition of Best Lawyers in Russia named Anton a leading lawyer in corporate law and M&A. According to Chambers Europe, Anton is singled out for his ‘strong communication skills and a very commercial and practical approach to negotiations’.
