Anneliese has nearly two decades of experience in European real estate finance, including a wealth of experience across the real estate credit and asset spectrum. She has also worked on a number of complex infrastructure debt transactions and holdco financings.

Anneliese re-joined Allen & Overy at the start of 2023 from Goldman Sachs, where she was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division and ran the Structured Products execution team. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was a senior associate in Allen & Overy’s European real estate finance team during which time she spent 2 years in the Milan office.

Anneliese is one of Allen & Overy’s key ambassadors for diversity, equity and inclusion and is leading a number of projects in 2023 which focus on female talent in the real estate finance industry and on social mobility.
