Anna-Maria works at the corporate department. She has experience across a broad range of areas, including (private) M&A, venture capital, corporate restructurings and commercial law.

She also gained relevant experience in the Intellectual Property department, where her work included negotiating commercial contracts involving IP and advising on IP aspects in corporate/M&A transactions. She joined Allen & Overy in 2017 after graduating from Leiden University and attending Cornell Law School in the US.
