Anna Jung has extensive experience in the areas of building, environmental and planning law as well as public commercial law, particularly in the context of public procurement issues and German foreign direct investment regulations.

Her clients include companies, investors and financial institutions as well as public authorities and state-owned enterprises. Anna advises on administrative and public procurement procedures as well as on transactions in the fields of M&A, private equity, real estate and real estate finance. Another important part of her practice are renewable energies, particularly hydrogen technology, and questions relating to environmental social governance.
