Angus is an associate with Allen & Overy practising in their Asia Pacific Restructuring and Recovery Group. Angus specialises in advising clients, both public and private, on distressed acquisitions, recapitalisations and business restructurings along with formal insolvency proceedings in voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations. Angus practices across this area in both contentious and non-contentious restructurings and insolvency.

Clients Angus has advised include banks, special situation investors, mining and energy related businesses, trustees and insolvency practitioners.

Angus has particular experience in the mining and resources, energy, infrastructure and retail sectors.
