Angélique, LL.M. (University of Sydney), focuses on litigation in state courts and also advises clients on all areas of in- and out-of-court dispute resolution.
She represents national and international companies from different industries in commercial and corporate disputes, often with cross-jurisdictional elements. A particular focus of her work concerns the advice on professional and manager liability disputes as well as matters relating to private international and international civil procedure law. Furthermore, she has experience in insolvency and finance law litigation of a domestic and international nature.
