Andrew Ballheimer



Andrew was the Global Managing Partner of Allen & Overy LLP from 2016-2020. He is a member of both the Board and the Executive Committee. Andrew is based in the London office and has previously worked in New York for nine years and Tokyo for two years.  Andrew specialises in public and private M&A and ECM transactions and has broad experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions throughout Western and Eastern Europe, the U.S., Latin America and Asia.
