Andrew advises on a wide range of derivative products, particularly in securitised form.  He has helped clients structure and execute innovative secured and unsecured financings, both on and off balance sheet.  Andrew also specialises in the regulation of benchmarks and the PRIIPs regime.

Working primarily with major financial institutions Andrew and his team work on a wide range of structured product platforms and are heavily involved in helping structured product providers meet relevant market and regulatory requirements for these.
