Andrew is an Associate in our New York securitization and structured finance practice. He has experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S securitizations.
His experience includes broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loan warehouse facilities. Andrew also advises on offerings involving covered bonds, dealer floor-plan financings, auto-leases and residential mortgage-backed securities.
