Andrea is a senior associate in the banking department at Allen & Overy in Singapore. She has experience in advising financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on market leading leveraged finance transactions as well as a wider range of structured financings e.g. bridge facility, pre-IPO financing and margin lending.
Prior to joining the Singapore office, Andrea worked in Hong Kong and London where she was involved in a broad range of top-tier financings, including leveraged and investment grade, real estate, project and renewables finance transactions. She has also spent time on client secondment in a commercial bank in London.
