Andrés has broad expertise advising companies on real estate and financing transactions. His expertise encompasses due diligence reports, sale and purchases, leases (including sale & leaseback), development and construction relating to different real estate assets (hotels, shopping centres, office buildings, logistic sites, retail premises, students accommodation, etc.) and financing securities. He also has experience advising domestic and international investors on the acquisition of NPLs and REOs portfolios.
