András is a member of the firm's CEE and SEE International Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group. Further to working with the regional English law finance group, he also provides Hungarian law advice.
He has taken part in various domestic and international transactions including cross-border project finance, leveraged finance, asset finance and corporate finance.
András has recently been involved in renewables energy, margin lending, asset finance and general lending matters; he has also provided regulatory advice with respect to loan portfolio transfers.
