She has experience in advising Spanish banks, in particular, negotiating master agreements for different financial instruments and OTC derivatives and giving advice in relation to financial products (such as banking and investment contracts and structured deposits) and regulatory matters. She has also experience on debt capital markets transactions, including domestic and international bond and commercial paper issuances (such as, among others, plain vanilla bonds, green bonds and private placements), hybrid securities issuances and securitisations. She has also provided legal advice in connection with financing transactions (corporate lending, leveraged finance and project finance).
