Amélia joined Allen & Overy in 2022 as a trainee in the IP/IT department of the Brussels' office.
Her academic studies focused on Business Law and IP/IT. She has a strong interest in the crossroad of law and technologies, and she wrote her Master thesis on AI ("Artificial Intelligence-based Disinformation in Democratic Elections: International outlook and critical assessment of the European Commission's 2021 draft Artificial Intelligence Act").
