Ambroise is a corporate lawyer with more than 12 years of experience focusing on private equity, M&A, management incentives plans and corporate finance. Ambroise is an active member of our French - Luxembourg platform.
He advises investors on leveraged buyouts and venture capital, as well as industrial and services groups on their corporate finance operations, restructuring and joint venture schemes.
He joined our Luxembourg office in 2022 as Counsel in the Corporate and M&A Team after spending 8 years in the corporate practice of DLA Piper between Luxembourg and Paris.
