Álvaro has more than 10 years of experience advising Spanish Public Law and Regulatory issues on domestic and international transactions, as well as in contentious-administrative and administrative proceedings. He is qualified both in Law and Business Administration and as an Expert on Terrestrial Passenger, Transportation and Mobility Management.
He has a particular expertise in the Energy, Telecommunications and Transportation sectors, but he has covered during his career many matters related to public procurement, zoning as well as a broad variety of regulated sectors.
He has also worked in the Central Bank of Spain as an Attorney in the General Secretariat and thus, it combines its experience advising the private sector, with an actual knowledge on how a public authority works in practice.
