Alistair O’Hara is a highly experienced Senior Legal Project Manager based in Allen & Overy’s Project Management Office (PMO). Alistair takes care of the day-to-day non-legal aspects of the projects on which he works. His responsibilities include co-ordinating teams, workstreams and information flows. In addition he ensures regular communication between the A&O team, the client and any additional advisors. He also manages the financial aspects of the matter including budgeting, monitoring and providing regular fee updates to the client and the A&O leads.
Alistair has extensive experience with corporate and banking matters and regularly operates on large complex multi jurisdictional matters. The clients that Alistair has worked for include TE Connectivity, Pentair, Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Chartered Bank.
