Alice is a Senior Associate in Allen & Overy’s Australian tax team. She has experience advising in relation to both ATO disputes and a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund investments, employee share schemes, warranty & indemnity insurance, syndicated facilities, and securitisations and other debt programmes. Alice has worked with domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and resources, private equity, and infrastructure.
