Alice Bailie

She is a solicitor with over 10 years’ experience of corporate and commercial law, in particular corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment and shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations, company secretarial advice and limited partnerships. Alice has a particular expertise in project managing the very large due diligence exercises handled by ADL, including with the use of a range of technology tools designed to assist with the review and analysis of existing documents as well as the management and preparation of multi-reviewer due diligence reports.
