Alexandre is a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy and a member of the Corporate group. His practice focuses on corporate, M&A, commercial and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy in November 2017, Alexandre gained experience in different corporate/M&A departments of well-known French and international law firms and industrial companies in France and the MENA region. He regularly advises and acts for a wide range of international and national high-profile clients, including industrial operators, investment funds, financial sponsors and public entities, on major complex cross-border and domestic transactions and legal issues. Alexandre also has a good knowledge of the Legaltech companies and digital transformation industries.
