Alexandra focuses on project finance and infrastructure finance, particularly as it relates to concessions, procurement programmes, public-private partnerships and financings in the mining and energy sectors.

She was part of the team advising the South African Government on its Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers (REIPP) Procurement Programme and has over the last few years honed in her skill set in the ever-growing private sector captive/off-grid power market (both in SA and on the continent). She has acted for both offtakers and independent power producers in this space. Alexandra has also advised Transnet, South Africa’s rail, port and pipeline company, in respect of various concessions. Her expertise has been recognised by Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Best Lawyers.
