Alexandra is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team. She has experience acting on a wide range of large scale corporate transactions with a focus on private equity and private M&A deals.
Alexandra also spent some time offshore working for a top tier firm in an investment funds role where she acted for a number of high-value funds and major financial institutions based primarily in the US, UK and UAE.

Pro bono
- Acting for numerous victims of crime and victims of abuse to apply for reassessment under the New South Wales Victims Compensation Scheme. This involved many successful attempts to have victims' claims reassessed and awarded a higher compensation under the new regime.
- Acted for a client who brought a claim under the Australian Human Rights Commission for discrimination in the workplace. We successfully obtained significant damages in favour of our client and a public written apology.
- Volunteering as a Literacy Buddy as part of the Daystar Foundation's Literacy Buddy program which partners lawyers with school students who write letters to each other on a monthly basis. The program aims to encourage reading, writing and provide meaningful interactions with adult role models.
- Volunteering as a LEAP Mentor which involved a comprehensive six month program of one-on-one mentoring with a high school student who is at risk of disengaging with their studies. The program includes academic guidance, career advice and study assistance.
