Alex is an associate in the Litigation Group of Allen & Overy's New York Office. Alex’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, securities enforcement matters, complex class actions and antitrust litigation, and internal corporate investigations and civil litigation. Alex has particular experience in matters involving alleged securities or financial fraud, insider trading, and corporate compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl in the District Court for the Southern District of New York.
