Alexander is part of Allen & Overy’s U.S. Law Group and has over 15 years’ experience advising on a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions throughout the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, stand-alone and MTN bond issuances and liability management transactions. He regularly advises on Rule 144A, Regulation S and SEC-registered offerings, as well as other U.S. securities and New York law matters frequently arising in capital markets practice, such as SEC reporting obligations and corporate trust and agency matters.

Alexander joined Allen & Overy in 2001 and before moving to Singapore, was based in A&O's Hong Kong, New York, Milan and London offices.
