Ahsan advises tech companies of all sizes in bringing new products and services to domestic and foreign markets in wide range of technologies, including X-as-a-Service (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), robotics, advanced materials, artificial intelligence, blockchain and various consumer and internet applications. He also advises clients on technology use and acquisition arrangements with partners and suppliers, including in setting up of supply chain, development/licensing, distribution, outsourcing and joint ventures, and strategic IP asset use and licensing during financing and M&A arrangements.
Clients benefit from Ahsan’s experience in leading technology and business development teams in prior operational roles at a publicly listed global telecom equipment supplier, familiarity with large enterprise sourcing practices in his role negotiating enterprise deals for a Tier 1 bank, and start-up/founder issues from his days as mentor to early stage tech company teams as lead at a regional business accelerator.
