Aemelia advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and property law issues as well as tracking global real estate market practice. Aemelia is actively involved in various industry working groups and is particularly interested in sustainability and green leasing. She is responsible for the development and management of internal and client facing knowledge resources and training programmes. She writes regularly for client publications and contributes to UK consultations on law reform.

Prior to taking on a knowledge role, Aemelia worked as a senior associate in the Real Estate team. Her practice encompassed investment acquisitions and disposals (whether structured as direct asset sales and purchases or the selling and buying of property holding companies); major landlord and tenant work; advising clients on the negotiation of real estate joint ventures; cross border investment; property finance and securitisation.
