Adolfo has more than 20 years of experience advising Spanish taxation issues on domestic and international transactions and he is the Partner Responsible for the Tax Group in Allen & Overy in Spain. He has advised on domestic and cross-border finance transactions carried out in Spain, and given tax advice on mergers acquisitions, group restructurings and acquisition tax structures. Furthermore, Adolfo has advised numerous entities in asset finance and structured operations processes. He has also specialized in international tax structuring and has experience in derivatives. He is considered one of the most relevant tax advisors in Chambers & Partners.
Adolfo has a broad understanding and is highly experienced in the advice to financial institutions and insurance companies in international tax affairs.
He has actively participated in the advice to asset management companies, in both the definition of their products and their internal affairs.
