Adele is an Associate in the New York Derivatives and Structured Finance practice group. She has a wide range of transactional and advisory experience, particularly in relation to energy and commodities. Adele previously worked as an associate in both the Washington D.C. Financial Services Regulatory and the London Derivatives and Structured Finance practice groups.

In addition to Adele’s transactional experience, a substantial part of her practice focuses on the regulatory aspects of the derivatives market. Adele also advises on ESG and sustainability matters in the derivatives sphere, including a focus on the voluntary carbon markets.

She has been a guest speaker on derivatives regulation in respect of digital assets at the MIT Sloan School of Management with Barbara Stettner.
