Addie Ugbenne

Addie Ugbenne is a senior professional support lawyer in our International Capital Markets Department and focuses primarily on general debt capital markets matters. She is involved in several industry working groups on a variety of debt capital market issues including in relation to LIBOR discontinuance, benchmark reform and the new Prospectus Regulation and is a member of the Primary market and Post-trade sub-committees of the ICMSA.
