Adam Kupitz

Adam is U.S.-qualified in our International Capital Markets practice. He specialises in U.S. and international capital markets transactions and has approximately 20 years experience advising issuers, underwriters and arrangers in connection with U.S., Euro and global offerings of debt and equity securities. The debt offerings that Adam advises on run the full spectrum from investment grade to high yield as well as structured products, comprise both stand-alone offerings and debt issuance programmes (such as medium-term note and commercial paper programmes) and include all manner of offerings, from SEC registration to Rule 144A and Regulation S exempt to traditional private placements. He also advises a number of non-U.S. companies in relation to on-going SEC and other public reporting. In addition, he has extensive experience in other types of capital markets and other corporate finance transactions, particularly tender and exchange offers and bridge financing.
