Aaron has experience representing publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms and other investors in corporate and transactional matters, including private equity sponsored transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. He also has experience providing general advice to companies on corporate, operational, and governance matters, including preparing partnership and shareholder agreements, services agreements and licensing agreements.
