Allen & Overy LLP represented T.D. Williamson, Inc. (“TDW”), a global leader in intervention and isolation, inspection, and pigging products and services for the gathering, transmission, and distribution sectors of the pipeline industry in connection with its out of court recapitalization, which included an investment by SCF Partners, an energy investment firm, in TDW.
Founded in 1920, TDW provides services necessary to maintain critical pipeline assets all over the world, serving customers across 6 continents in over 100 countries. The recapitalization positions TDW with a deleveraged balance sheet and sufficient capital for its go forward operations and continued growth.
