The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (the IIJA) recently signed into law follows through on President Biden’s commitment to reinvest in American infrastructure, by appropriating approximately USD65bn to new and expanded programs that will drive investment and innovation in clean and renewable energy sources, power transmission and energy storage solutions.
