EU Securitisation Regulation: EBA final report on the draft amending RTS on homogeneity standards for STS securitisations published, addressing some of the industry concerns

The report includes feedback on comments raised by stakeholders in relation to the consultation version of the draft RTS. The draft RTS apply to both traditional and on-balance sheet (synthetic) STS securitisations, however, the changes are most relevant to on-balance sheet STS securitisations, and traditional STS securitisations of corporate exposures, or exposures to enterprises underwritten as consumer lending.
