US public companies and other companies with SEC reporting obligations (including foreign private issuers with US listings) have an obligation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their public disclosures.
The SEC and its staff have issued guidance (and some limited regulatory relief) intended to help issuers comply with their reporting obligations in the current environment. We summarize this guidance and relief in this Alert.
