In the context of the health crisis resulting from the Covid-19 epidemic, pursuant to Article 11 of the Emergency Law No. 2020-290 of March 23, 2020 to address the epidemic (the Emergency Law), the French government issued two orders and a decree to facilitate holding of any type of meetings and governing bodies according to company or financial French Law, as well as to extend the deadlines for approving the financial statements

  • Order No. 2020-321 of March 25, 2020 adapting the rules for holding meetings and governing bodies of legal persons, and entities without legal personality as well, following the Covid-19 epidemic (the "Meeting" Order);

  • Order n° 2020-318 of March 25, 2020 adapting the rules relating to the closure, audit, review, approval and publication of the accounts and other documents and information that legal entities and entities without legal personality are required to file or publish in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic (the "Arrêté des Comptes" Order);

  • Decree No. 2020-418 of April 10, 2020 adapting the rules of meeting and deliberation of the general meetings and governing bodies of legal persons and entities without legal personality due to the Covid-19 epidemic (the Decree).
