Allen & Overy’s Global Employment team held the second in a series of calls on the major developments of interest when workforce planning in light of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

This call focused on the latest legislative developments and local initiatives across a number of jurisdictions, and also addressed issues on pay, consultation obligations, collective rights, annual leave and the challenges arising from combining remote working with caring responsibilities.
